Cut the watermelon into the forms of cubes in a bowl. Add a cup of sugar on it and sprinkle a pinch of salt on it. Toss it and leave it for a half hour to absorb the flavor correctly. After this duration, throw these cubes in a blender along with the tomato juice and blend it until gets smooth. Pour it into the bowl and add a little lemon juice. Stir it thoroughly to make sure it is mixed properly and freeze. Present it with an ice cream scoop in a glass bowl. Enjoy

This recipe is one of my favorite recipes. I hope you will like it too. You need to boil eight cups of water and pour it into a pitcher when properly cooked. Step eight tea-bags in this boiled water and discard them after being spent. Allow the hot tea to cool down in the pitcher. After cooling down to an extent, you will be able to place it in the refrigerator to freeze it. When you about to serve the iced tea, add few cubes of watermelon to the glass along with basil and ice.

Melon Mozzarella Salad

Choose three types of food for this recipe: watermelon, honeydew melon, and cantaloupe. You need to cube three of them to the quantity of filling three cups each. Place them together in a large bowl and sprinkle two tablespoons of honey, chopped basil, salt, jalapeno and crumbled mozzarella over the pieces. Toss them properly and serve. Have Fun!
