I love making smoothies, after the workout for breakfast. It is a quick snack and a sweet treat after dinner. It is good yummy smoothies for every time. Since I like them too much, I am going to be introducing them more often. Here are my new and favorite flavors raspberry, mango and banana smoothies.

Raspberry Sunrise Smoothie

The raspberry sunrise smoothie is very amazing and easy refreshing. It depends on only four ingredients. I made different smoothies at various events, but raspberry sunrise smoothies are my all-time favorites. The best part of this recipe is that we need only four ingredients such as raspberries, mango, milk and orange juice.

Raspberry doesn’t have a sweetener, but when we swirl in that sweet mango, the sweetness balance is absolute perfection. It’s not overly sweet but just enough to get your morning going. If you are not like include smoothies in your breakfast, these go flawlessly as a post-workout drink or as a midnight snack.  Midnight smoothies sound a while progressive, but at least, you are wounding down on those midnight brownies and cookies.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Yield for: 2 servings

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
  • 2/3 cup orange juice

Add raspberry, milk and ½ cup ice in the blender, blend until smooth remove to a jug and set aside.

Now add mango and orange juice with ice, blend until smooth dough and desires dough you get, set aside.

Now pour the mango dough to the raspberry mixture, stir combine well. Serve raspberry mixture immediately or you topped the raspberry mixture with mango mixture as you like.

Note: you beat the mixture as add little amount of mango mixture to the glass then add raspberry mixture in short amount; repeat this method until glass is full.

When you feel the scorching weather and need to cool off. Then try this recipe and you’ll be cool in no time.

  • 2 cups strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 container strawberry yogurt
  • 2 cup ice
  • I banana

In a blender add strawberries, orange juice, yogurt, ice, and banana. Blend well until smooth.

Banana Blast Smoothies is a very nice drink on a summer day. It is too much delicious and my favorite. My all family members are like it very much. You must try it I hope you like it. It is very easy and time-consuming smoothie.

Serve: 4 people

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 8 cubes ice

In a blender add bananas and milk, blend until bananas are chopped. Place in water and brown sugar. Blend until smooth. Stir in the ice cubes and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
