  • 1 16. Oz. Box pasta
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 8 oz. bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 oz. Velveeta cheese cut up into chunks
  • 1 lb. bacon diced
  • Five jalapeños, veins, and seeds removed, sliced

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Bake the pasta according to the box until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté the bacon in a big saucepan and then take away from grease.
  4. Drain all but a tablespoon of oil from the pan and then put in the jalapenos and sauté for some minutes as it is spongy. (Be cautious of the smell and spice).
  5. Heat up the butter in a saucepan then insert milk.
  6. Put in the cheeses and continue to cook over medium heat as everything is joint.
  7. Join the pasta, cheese sauce, bacon, and jalapenos in a casserole dish
  8. Add extra cheese if desired and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • One large onion sliced
  • 4 oz. of baby Bella mushrooms sliced
  • ½ granny smith apples cubed
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • One tsp. Granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp. Minced chives
  • ½ tsp. Dried thyme
  • One package of frozen puff pastry, thawed

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line baking sheets with the baking mat or parchment paper.
  2. Heat oil in a big skillet and cook onions with salt as they are golden brown (about 30 minutes) then set aside. Saute mushrooms in the same skillet for 5 minutes then set aside.
  3. Soften the butter and insert the apples and sugar in the same skillet. Heat it up for 10 minutes as it has become softer. Add the onion and mushrooms in a bowl.
  4. Put in the cheese, chives, and thyme to the bowl and mix. Insert salt and pepper for flavor.
  5. Cut the puff pastry into 2-inch squares and put them on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  6. Put the filling in the middle of each puff pastry.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes and switch the pan between the top and bottom rack halfway through.
  8. Let cool then serve and enjoy!
