Eat healthy diet
Make a proper time table for eating. Take your breakfast, lunch and dinner on appropriate time. And take fresh and healthy fruits and juice in your diet. Take green vegetables and fresh fruit and milk daily, like fresh vegetables and diet always clean your body and all type of toxin release from your body and your skin remain fresh all the time.
Drink plenty of water
Drink at least eight glass of glass water in a day it helps. As when you drink lots of water, then all you toxic and dangerous things release from your body in the form of urine. You also skin clean if you take lots of water. So make a habit of taking eight glass of water in a day.
Avoid junk food
Avoid fatty and oily starch foods because it affects your digestive system and as pimples. All type of fast food like pizza, burger, and sandwiches have too much oil and fat. Throw away all these things from your daily routine.
Make a habit of regular exercise because blood circulation becomes faster for doing exercise. When your blood circulation system improves all your body work best, and your skin remains free from pimples.
Eat herbal mixture
Take coriander seeds, fennel, basil, turmeric and Indian gooseberry grind all these herbals and make a powder of it. Eat the ½ teaspoon of this powder fifteen minutes before lunch and dinner. It helps you.
You can also eat one teaspoon gooseberry powder in morning and evening. It has better results.
Home Remedies for Pimples

Lemon for pimples
- Take lemon peels dry it in the sunshine after drying these peels grind them apply rose water in it and use on affected areas it has better results.
- You can also apply lemon juice on pimples with the help of cotton ball before going to bed
- Take lemon juice and basil as basil is an excellent natural herbal make a paste and apply it on your face cheeks chin etc. pimples and blackheads will vanish surely.
Use papaya juice on a face and where you want papaya milk is magnificent herbal and the great blessing. Its application on affected areas has very good positive results. It slowly decreases pimples and blackheads etc.
Grind nutmeg in fresh milk and make a thick paste. Apply this paste on affected area. Wash this paste after 15 to 20 minutes and see the result.Nutmeg is a very good natural herbal and very good for solving pimple problem.
Bitter gourd is also very helpful to get rid of pimples.
- Drink bitter gourd juice it is very helpful for pimples and other skin problems.
- Apply the bitter melon juice on a pimple and wash after 20 minutes.
Orange peel for pimples
Take orange peels dry these skins in the sunshine after it grinds these peels add rose water in it and apply on affected area. Pimples and blackheads will disappear soon.
Steam your face twice in a week after steaming rub towel on steaming areas. Blackheads will be reduced after this process. Surely black leaders will vanish.
- Take a pot and fill with water.
- Let the water be boiling.
- When water starts boiling, then take steam for some time.
- After that rinse your face with towel
1 tablespoon of gram flour
1 tablespoon of grind
Pinch of turmeric
Some basil leaves
1 tablespoon of dry milk
Rose water as require
- Mix all the ingredients and apply on affected area.
- Wash you face after 15 to 20 minutes with Luke warm water.
- I hope your acne will have vanished after some weeks.
Grind sugar and add vinegar in it apply on your face and blackheads areas for 10 to 15 minutes and rub slowly. Use this tip regularly blackheads will be reduced.
Potato for pimples
Take a potato and make the paste of it apply this paste on affected area .it is magnificent advice especially for pimples, use it regularly as your problem solved.
Cucumber for Pimples
Cucumber is also magnificent to get rid of acne as it is a rich source of potassium and vitamin A, E, and C.
- Eat cucumber and its juice daily.
- Take the cucumber and make a paste.
- Then apply cucumber paste on your face for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Wash your face with lukewarm water.
- You will get clear and free from pimple skin in some days.
Tea Tree Oil for Pimples
Tea tree oil is the very good option if you to get rid of acne as tea tree oil has the properties of antibacterial.
Just apply tea tree oil on affected area with the help of cotton and wash your face with water.
