  • Seasonal fruits, cut into thin wedges
  • Two onions halved and cut into wedges
  • Four carrots, sliced into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp clear honey
  • One small bread – torn into pieces
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 225g leaf spinach
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • One tsp mustard sauce

  • Heat up the oven, place the vegetables and fruits into a large roasting tin.
  • Sprinkle a little oil and seasonings to give flavor.
  • Roast for 20 minutes. Then the combination makes softer a bit.
