Method to Make Perfect Pizza

Tomato and Cheese Pizza

  • First of all, preheat the oven 400F (204 C) before starting.
  • Take dough that you have made before and roll it. Pinch the edge from all side about 1.2 inches and roll it again.
  • Spread the sauce that you have made before. Spread the sauce according to your taste. Add more sauce according to your liking. You can also skip this step.
  • Then add a topping that you like most. The bottom layer should be heavier that include onion, chicken, and sausages. The top layer should be lighter that include Spanish leaves, peppers, etc.
  • At the last sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on the pizza.
  • Now put the pizza in preheating the oven for 20 minutes. When cheese melt and crust is golden brown, then your pizza is also ready.

First of all mix warm water, sugar, and yeast and put aside for 5 to 10 minutes. Then add salt and oil in the water. Now add the flour gradually in the yeast water until the mixture becomes thick. The most important point to make good dough is kneading the dough in a right way. Put the dough on a clean surface like a wooden table or board. Sprinkle some flour. Knead the dough with hands for 5 to 10 minutes. When dough is ready, then put it on room temperature for one hour and brought in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

  • Tomato paste of 5 to 6 tomato, you can take fresh tomato about 15 oz.
  • 2 clove garlic, you can use garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon of fresh and chopped basil
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh and chopped oregano
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon of white sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of black paper

Pizza Sauce

First of all, boil the tomatoes for some time and put them in cool water.
Remove peel and cut them.
Now put them in a blender. Add garlic, chop basil and oregano and blend it well.
Now strain the sauce through the strainer.
Put the sauce again on the stove and add some sugar according to your taste. You can skip the sugar.
Cook the mixture and move the spoon for some time until it becomes thick. It will take 15 to 20 minutes.
