How to Cook Fried Rice?
- First of all, add butter and fry the egg.

- 2 eggs, whisked
- 3 tbs butter
- 2 carrots peel and cut into small piece
- Half cup of peas
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and paper as require
- 4 cups boil and cold rice
- 3 green onions sliced
- 3 tbs of soy sauce
- 2 tbs of oyster sauce if you want
- ½ tbs of sesame oil
Heat some butter in a pan on a medium flame. Fry egg until scrambled. Add the egg in another pot. Now add butter and make it hot. Add all vegetable salt and pepper and fry well for 5 minutes on medium flame. Increase the heat and add butter. Afterward, chill the rice in a refrigerator. Saute the rice until it turns brown. Add soy sauce or oyster sauce and mix. Add chicken, pork or shrimp according to your choice and fry. In the end, add few drops of oil and serve it.
