Many women feed their baby, and it is a good habit that makes a healthy relationship between you and your baby. The diet that you take directly goes into your baby body. But you should be careful that the production of milk must be fast, so the requirements of your child are fulfilled. Foods to avoid while breastfeeding to your baby.

Some foods are not safe while you are breastfeeding. They can slow down the milk production so you should avoid these foods.

Parsley or Peppermint


Parsley or peppermint is good food also use as salad dressing. It is healthy but when you are breastfeeding you should avoid these foods because too much use of parsley or peppermint will slow down the milk production. Your baby feels hunger and the growth of baby will be disturbed.

You can use parsley or peppermint in small quantity but don’t use it too much.

Don’t use Alcohol While Breastfeeding

Quit Alcohol

Alcohol is not safe for your baby also the use of alcohol slow down the production of milk. When you drink alcohol, it directly goes into your child stomach that is very harmful to your developing baby as it slows down the growth of baby and milk production.

If you ever take alcohol then don’t feed your baby, at least, three hours.

Chocolate also has caffeine that is not right for your small baby. It’s not mean that you ultimately leave chocolate as it is a favorite thing to many women. You can eat chocolate in little quantity.
