Cheesecake Cups

This cheese recipe is fantastic for your cute kids. These small cheese cake cups are a just right size for little hands.  They are just amazing for celebrations, birthday parties or since they are simple to make you can have them anytime and also very delicious and full of taste.


This is recipe is very healthy and full of nutrition. Eggs are very healthy for us and also for kids. Eggs are an outstanding resource of high-quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is originated in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are tremendous resources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals as zinc, iron, and copper. Egg yolks have calories and fat. They are the support of cholesterol, fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K and lecithin – the compound that enables emulsification in recipes such as hollandaise or mayonnaise. Eggs have omega-3 fatty acids Eggs are a ‘complete’ resource of protein as they have all eight necessary amino acids; the ones we cannot synthesize in our bodies and must get from our diet.


  • 16 vanilla wafers (I use vanilla wafers)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 16 ounces of cream cheese softened and one teaspoon vanilla extract

Other Materials needed:

  • Cupcake pan
  • Cupcake wrappers
  • Bowl

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 1: In a bowl cream sugar and cream cheese are joined.

Step 2: Insert eggs and vanilla, cream jointly until soft

Step 3: Line cupcake trays with cupcake wappers

Step 4: Put one vanilla wafer in each cupcake wrapper

Step 5: Transfer this mixture into every cupcake tray covering each wafer and filling 3/4 to the top of the wrapper

Step 6: Bake for 15 minutes as it is golden brown, refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!

Kids play and create tip:

If you wish to make a particular taste of your cheesecake cups make use of Strawberry or Banana extract instead of vanilla for a fruity flavor! If you want to alter the color of your cupcake as according to the occasion green for St. Patrick’s Day or Red color for Valentine’s Day?  Insert some food coloring to the combination according to your choice and wish.
