More than half the protein of an egg is originated in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are tremendous resources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals as zinc, iron, and copper. Egg yolks have calories and fat. They are the support of cholesterol, fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K and lecithin – the compound that enables emulsification in recipes such as hollandaise or mayonnaise. Eggs have omega-3 fatty acids Eggs are a ‘complete’ resource of protein as they have all eight necessary amino acids; the ones we cannot synthesize in our bodies and must get from our diet.

If you wish to make a particular taste of your cheesecake cups make use of Strawberry or Banana extract instead of vanilla for a fruity flavor! If you want to alter the color of your cupcake as according to the occasion green for St. Patrick’s Day or Red color for Valentine’s Day?  Insert some food coloring to the combination according to your choice and wish.
