Temporarily, whisk the lemon juice in a bowl with the remaining ¼ cup olive oil. Season it with one tsp. Salt and pepper. Gingerly lift the fish off the greens and remove to rimmed plates. Distribute the greens, potatoes and pan juice around the fish. Sprinkle with the lemon pepper and oil.
