1# Watermelon Punch Recipe
- 1 ½ cups pineapple juice
- 14 lb. seedless watermelon
- 1 ½ cups sparkling watermelon balls
- Mint leaves for garnish, optional
Cut 1/3 part of the watermelon on the top and scoop out all pus insides, add all watermelon pieces in a shaker. Blend until smooth and strain solid pieces in a pitcher. Add sparkling water and pineapple juice to the bowl and pour in the strained watermelon juice. Stir together and pour in the watermelon punch and chill the punch in the fridge for about an hour or until ready to serve.

2# Watermelon Sangria
- 1 medium seedless watermelon washed
- 1 bottle sparkling wine, chilled
- 6 bottles Rose Wine, chilled
Watermelon quickly is cut in half. Cut 2, 3 inches rind from around the watermelon, the full red part, must be attached to the skin. Now slice the rind into 2-inch strips, after that, you cut this strips into other direction to make large chunks. Pour the pieces and rose wine into the large vat.
Cover the barrel and transfer it in refrigerate to let it chill for at least 6 hours or more if you feel the need. After 6 hours or when you serve it add chilled sparkling wine, serve in wine glasses. For removing the chunks, pieces use tongs… is it yummy! - 2 tbsp. sugar
- 5 cups diced deseed watermelon
- Juice of 1 lime, optional
Add watermelon, sugar, ice cubes and lime juice in a shaker, shake until smooth and slushy. Watermelon slush is ready serving it immediately.

4# Watermelon Raspberry Slush
- 2 cups raspberries
- 3 cups diced seedless watermelon
- 2 shots raspberry pomegranate vodka, optional
- 1 lime juice
- 2 raspberry or watermelon slices, for garnished, optional
- Sugar optional or to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for about 1 minute, until smooth. Divided slush into two different glasses and garnished with lime or other fruit, serve immediately.
