French toast is always my favorite for breakfast. Sometimes,Ii can eat my favorite breakfast because I’m a happy young girl, then i make French Toast Roll-Ups. They are delicious food that you can eat at breakfast time. They also make a great weekend and school break when no one want to eat a lengthy and boring breakfast, French toast was a winner. I never knew I could turn some very basic ingredients from my kitchen into a quality dish that just melt in the mouth. Just take some pieces of bread and fill them with Nutella, cream cheese, cheesecake strawberries, cheddar, fruits nuts, chicken etc what you want. Roll them as a toast and dip them into the eggs batter and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crispy. Here some Ingredients which we use in French Toast Roll-Ups.

- 8 slices white sandwich bread
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- butter, for coating skillet
For filling as desired

Cut crusts from slices of bread, and flatten bread with rolling pin.
You could combine cream cheese with strawberries, fruit, peanut and banana. whatever flavor combination you would like. I like cream cheese of Strawberries that’s why I use this in French Toast Roll. Now, spread softened cream cheese strawberries ( or desired filling) on one side of each slice of the bread. Tightly roll up the slice of bread.
In shallow bowl, add eggs and milk, toss with whisk. an other dish, combine sugar and cinnamon.
In skillet, heat butter over medium heat until melt well. Now dip one roll into the egg mixture deeply and place in skillet.add 2 or 4 roll in skillet at a time, turning until roll is light golden browned.
Now remove the roll from the skillet and immediately add in sugar and cinnamon mixture, roll in sugar until completely covered.
Delicious French Roll-Ups is ready and serve immediately.
