FOR THE CAKE:
- 2 sticks Butter
- 4 Tablespoons (heaping) Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup Nutella
FOR THE STRAWBERRIES:
- 2 pints Strawberries, Hulled And Sliced
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla

FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM:
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Add 2 Sticks of Butter in a skillet, heat over medium-high heat until melt.
Now add 2 tbsp. Coca cola powder, stir it until smooth. Then add 1 cup water, simmer for 30 seconds and remove from the heat.
In a large bowl, Stir combines flour, salt, and sugar.
Now pour the mixture of coca cola powder in the bowl, toss it until half way combine.
Mix the buttermilk, vanilla, eggs and baking soda until it’s smooth or combine well. Then add it to the chocolate /Flour mixture, stir well until it comes together.
2-9 inch round cake pans with a round of parchment paper. Then spray the parchment paper with nonstick baking spray. Next Pour the batter evenly into the two pans (because we make two layers cake). Now bake them until no longer jiggly in the center, for 10 to 20 minutes. Remove the cake from the pans. Carefully separate the parchment paper and set aside to cool completely.
Meanwhile clean the strawberries: Hull and make the slice. Then add the sugar and vanilla, stir them around. Let them sit and macerate for 15 minutes. Drain off the excess juice.
Combine the cream with sugar until stiff.
Now it’s time to assemble the cake. Now place the one cake layer on a cake stand. Pour the 3/4 cup of Nutella and spread it. Secondly, pour and spread the whipped cream over the top. Then sprinkle the half the strawberries over the top. place the second layer of cake upside down on top of the strawberries and then put the another layer of Nutella, strawberries, and whipped cream. The cake is ready and serves it.
Note: Don’t assemble more than an hour before serving.
