German Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

2 stick butter

1 cup light brown sugar

1 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 ¼ cup flour

2 eggs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 cup sugar

1 cup evaporated milk

3 egg yolks

½ cup butter

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 1/3 cup sweetened shared coconut

½ cup chocolate candy coating

Method

  • Preheat your oven at the temperature of 350 F.
  • Take a bowl add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt, mix well.
  • Take another bowl and add butter, sugar, and granulated sugar beat until fluffy.
  • Then add eggs and vanilla beat again for some seconds.
  • Then add flour mixture to the butter mixture slowly and combine well.
  • Now take the dough and make a 1-inch ball.
  • Now put a ball on the baking sheet, the distance between each ball is 2 inches.
  • Now press each ball from the center as it looks like a cookie.
  • Bake your cookies at the temperature of 350 F for 12 minutes.
  • Cool your cookies on wire rack and served.

German Chocolate Frosting

  • Take sauce pan adds evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolk, butter and vanilla, cook on low flame.
  • Stir continuously as it becomes thick, at least 12 minutes.
  • When the mixture becomes thick remove from heat and adds coconut and pecans, stir as it become thick more.
  • Spread the frosting on the cookies.
  • Melt chocolate and drizzle on the cookies.

Double Mint Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

¾ cup butter

½ cup dark brown chocolate

½ cup sugar

1 egg

¼ cup flour

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
