Very yummy and tasty chicken nuggets, when you will try this chicken recipe for baby,  then you will forget commercial nuggets. You can add more spices like orange, thyme or paprika to enhance the flavor of your nuggets.

Ingredients for chicken nuggets

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme leaves
  • 45 g rice Krispies
  • 15 g cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of parmesan
  • 4 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and black paper according to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method

  • First of all cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Take a bowl and add lemon juice, thyme, garlic, milk, salt, and paper, mix all the ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces and refrigerate for four hours or the whole night.
  • Now grind the rice crispier as they look like crumbs.
  • Then add cheese, salt and paper and mix properly.
  • Beat the egg properly in a separate bowl.
  • Pour the flour in a plate and some salt and paper and mix properly.
  • Now coat your chicken piece with flour and then egg.
  • And finally, cover your chicken piece with Rice Krispie.
  • Fry your chicken piece in oil and for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Enjoy your nuggets with your baby.

Chicken and Apple Balls

When you mix grated apple with chicken and make a ball and then fry then, it becomes a yummy dish for your kids. You can freeze them for some days, just prepare at once and then enjoy many days.

Ingredients for chicken and apple balls

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 apple
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme leaves
  • 45 g rice Krispies
  • 50 g bread crumbs
  • 4 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and black paper according to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Plain flour

Chicken Recipe for Baby

Method

  • Take sauce pan and olive oil, make it hot.
  • Add half onion and fry for some minutes or until softened.
  • Peel and grate the apple, take out all the juice from apple with the help of your hands.
  • Cut the chicken into chunks and mix with apple.
  • Add fry onion and raw onion, parsley, thyme, chicken stock cubes, salt, paper and bread crumbs.
  • Chop all the ingredients in food processor.
  • Now make a small ball and then coat with flour and then shallow fry.
  • Enjoy with your baby.
