  • One banana,
  • 1 cup of coconut,
  • 1/4 cup almonds (or nut of choice),
  • 2 cups of melting chocolate,
  • 12 cupcake wrappers,
  • cupcake tray

Step 1: Fill up the cupcake trays with the cupcake wrappers.  Cover up the bottom of every cupcake wrapper with coconut.

Step 2: Melt chocolate.

Step 3: Apply a lean coating of chocolate above the coconut.  Beat the tray on the counter so the chocolate covers lightly.

Step 4: Slice banana into lean slices.  Put 2-3 banana pieces above the chocolate.

Step 5: Apply one more thin layer of chocolate above the banana.  Beat the tray on the counter so that the chocolate covers lightly.

Step 6:  Cut your almonds into small and lean pieces top over chocolate. The completed dessert should take up about 1/2 of the cupcake wrapper.

Step 7: Place cupcake tray in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until hard.  Peel layered dessert from cupcake wrappers and then serve.
