Here I am going to tell you about my experience. I was 64 kg. Maintain my figure with my on the struggle I just leave oily and sweet things my weight reduced as I want. - Avoid oily fatty and fried foods. Because to digest this kind of food tough and your digestive system slow and you gain weight. Avoid fast foods also it has a same adverse effect.
- Always stop eating before you full because it has adverse effects on your body and of ours digestive system, so please stop eating before you full it’s the best tip for balancing your weight.
- Avoid extra eating than after you full .some time it happens then after eating proper meal people used to eat extra things because of it our digestive system becomes slow and also metabolism and at the result of you become overweight and fatty.
- Eat at least two hours before sleeping because when you eat at once and just sleep at the same time, your digestive system affects negatively so this is an imperative factor pay attention to it.
- Don’t drink water after eating the meal.

Drink at least eight glass of water in a day.Its magnificent for your metabolism and obviously when your metabolism fasts your weight doesn’t increase. Make it your habit slowly.
